O MEU OLHAR SOBRE O  CLÁSSICO

O clássico foi bom, emotivo , mas pouco esclarecedor sobre a real valia das equipas. Foi na minha opinião  um clássico jogado e marcado pela ausência de inteligência táctica. Emocionalmente  e tácticamente nenhuma equipa se superiorizou  á outra , acontecendo apenas que em determinados momentos, ambas conseguiram ser inferiores.

Durante mais de 45 minutos o Benfica jogou em inferioridade numérica (no aspecto táctico). Entender e ter leitura táctica é entender e compreender que *princípios e sub-princípios tácticos * não são só ofensivos, mas também defensivos e que jogar tácticamente é criar e ocupar espaços livres (em movimento) mas não só na movimentação ofensiva. Aliás , saber o que fazer quando não se tem a bola (no aspecto posicional) é garantia de um melhor aproveitamento ofensivo. O próprio Jorge Jesus , nas declarações  logo após o jogo, reconheceu que o Benfica só foi melhor nos últimos 20 minutos, opinião também expressa pelo técnico do F.C. do Porto ,quando diz que foram melhores na primeira parte e que depois deixaram de ter controle na posse de bola (54% e 46%) e consequentemente no comando do jogo.

Durante mais de 45 minutos o Benfica no processo defensivo jogou com 9,5 jogadores, facilitando claramente o processo ofensivo do Porto. A cada uma das equipas faltou inteligência táctica , na perfeita leitura do que estava a acontecer minuto a minuto dentro do rectângulo . Ainda que tarde, reagiu mais cedo  a equipa do Benfica , que com as subtituiçoes consegui-o não só anular a superioridade táctica (dada) do Porto como ate superá-la. No banco do Porto escreveu-se demais , quando se deveria ter lido e bastava ter olhado os sinais do jogo, para não perder um jogo que estava perdido pelo adversário . Para o Benfica o resultado final terá sido melhor, porque não queria perder e empatou. O F.C. do Porto que perdeu mais dois pontos (quatro no espaço de uma semana) , saberá melhor que ninguém , que tardou a perceber o que se estava a passar e daí não ter evitado o crescimento do Benfica.

Num jogo praticamente nulo de casos , a capacidade técnica tal como a entrega dos jogadores foi aceitável, sendo no entanto na minha opinião  um clássico marcado pela inexistência  de um aproveitamento dos movimentações tácticas  que foram praticamente nulas. Naquilo que mais se fala , foi o que menos se viu. Com tanta falta de inteligência táctica  só podia dar empate ou derrota , porque vitória NUNCA.

Em oito dias, estive em três estádios da Liga Zon Sagres. Coimbra , Barcelos e Guimarães . A observação de equipas e jogadores é fundamental na preparação do meu regresso ao activo. Regresso que embora tudo indique venha a ser no futebol internacional , portanto for a do Pais ,  poderá também acontecer em Portugal , muito motivado pelo facto de poder vir a ser o treinador português com mais jogos no futebol maior deste pais.

A actualização de um treinador não está só nos livros e na aprendizagem que resulta dos conhecimentos teóricos. Para manter um nível e prestígio elevado como  Técnico tenho de estar atento aos pormenores, o futebol ao vivo é diferente do tele- visionado e insubstituível . Confesso no entanto , alguma desilusão pois vi poucas inovações a nível de estratégia e mobilidade táctica. A mesma rigidez que agora lhe chamam rigor nos diferentes sistemas ou se quiserem modelos tácticos estão claramente a afastar a beleza técnica e a criatividade individual, que, quando ao serviço do colectivo provoca um futebol maravilhoso, como o faz o Barcelona. Numa era em que se fala cada mais da humanização do treino  talvez seja bom pensar ate que ponto as fabulosas questões tácticas estão a condicionar a liberdade  individual e a capacidade técnica dos jogadores ajudarem a jogos mais belos e competitivos .Nos últimos oito dias, estive em tres jogos da Liga Sagres. Alem de poder ver clubes pelos quais mantenho um carinho especial em particular o MEU OLHANENSE a minha presença tem muito mais a ver com uma melhor actualização , tentando conhecer melhor e com realidade as equipas e os jogadores do nosso campeonato.

Sabendo que sou um dos treinadores de maior prestígio de Portugal, sei também que estarei sempre na linha da frente de uma eventual sucessão que se desenhe no horizonte. Além do mais, se continuar a minha carreira fora de Portugal, estarei em melhores condições de conhecer o mercado nacional, que sempre foi uma das minhas preocupações, no estrangeiro, no que toca ao reforço das minhas equipas. Quer queira ou não terei de ser um treinador atento aos talentos portugueses e do nosso campeonato, e as observações que  tenho feito, este ano, nos estádios portugueses, vão ajudar-me a tomar decisões, quando voltar a trabalhar, mesmo que o faça no estrangeiro.

Antecipar cenários é também um trabalho e um dever de um treinador e por isso estas observações nos estádios portugueses são uma forma de me manter atento e, sobretudo, de fazer o meu trabalho de casa, não aceitando que outros façam por mim. Também ontem, no estádio D. Afonso Henriques, voltei  a ser, não um espectador, mas sim um observador, o que é uma diferença decisiva.

Sendo verdade que nenhum outro treinador português tem uma história de tanto sucesso como eu nestes derbys , combinando os vários anos em que deixei a minha marca nos dois clubes, o objectivo foi estar atento a duas das melhores equipas do campeonato português e, mais uma vez, aos melhores talentos da liga Zon Sagres. Adorei também o facto de pela primeira vez ter visto o derby fora do rectângulo e a emoções belas que senti ficam no baú das coisas boas do futebol.

Irei nas próximas semanas, continuar as minhas observações, tambem pelo estrangeiro (Holanda , Espanha e Italia ) porque como treinador considero uma peça fundamental na minha preparação para o regresso ao treino e à competição .

UEFA seminar joined the masters of tactical

Manuel Cajuda was one of the fifty-two Portuguese coaches who joined the UEFA Pro post-graduate training , which enables these coaches, with the level 4 of UEFA, to the function as coach in European competitions and national teams in the 2011/2012, 2012/2013 and 2013/2014 seasons. These training actions that provide for the UEFA elite coaches, take place every three years and in this concentration of Portuguese coaches, Manuel Cajuda was one of the technicians invited.

The UEFA training seminar  lasted two days and joined in the same room coaches like Manuel Cajuda, Jorge Jesus, Domingos Paciência, Paulo Sousa. José Peseiro, João Carlos Pereira, Toni Conceição and nine coaches who currently play their role in the  Sagres Zon League. The newly hired coach of Chelsea, André Villas Boas was also invited, but for professional reasons was forced to postpone his presence at these seminars.

Also noted that five of the coaches present, who correspond to ten percent of the total number of technicians invited by UEFA, are connected to Desportimedia under management of career or image. They are, Manuel Cajuda, José Peseiro, Paulo Sousa, Toni Conceição and João Carlos Pereira.

Speaking to his press office and image, Manuel Cajuda explained that this training is essential for an elite coach, because in the next three years, aims to re-train is a club in the European competitions: "It is a possibility that I do not reject  that could happen already this season, out of Portugal, if one of the invitations that I have become a contract. These seminars are important because the coaches have to speak more inside, have to exchange more experiences, because knowledge results from experience and we can all learn a little more with this willingness to listen to the others. Sereno and Geromel are again, together.  Cologne was back to join the duo created by  the Portuguese coach

The loan of Sereno to Cologne, joins again one of the most efficient dual core of Portuguese football in recent years. The FC Porto player crosses again with Geromel, what replays a couple that gave a show at Vitória de Guimarães and that has begun to be drawn on the head of Manuel Cajuda. When the coach arrived at the club of Minho, the team was discredited and closer to go down to Division II than to return to the Zon Sagres League. One of the first measures of Manuel Cajuda was to rebuild the defense, joining Sereno, who was not used to Geromel, who had been hired at the beginning of the season, to the Desportivo de Chaves.

Brazilian defender Geromel, would ultimately be the most expensive transfer ever in Vitória, until then, while Sereno would later be transferred to Valladolid,  first and later to FC Porto. The right lateral Andrezinho ended contract with Vitória and moved to the German football. Fans of Vitória yearn for Manuel Cajuda

Most successful trainer of the club named as a possible successor to Manuel Machado.

It was almost automatic. Once the decision of Manuel Machado of resigning of the technical command of Vitória Guimarães was known , several supporters of the club created a Facebook page to the Board of Vitória demanding the immediate hiring of  Manuel Cajuda, making  possible the return of the coach of  higher success in the club's history to Guimarães. According to what is written by today's edition of the newspaper O JOGO, dozens of supporters ask for  the return of Manuel Cajuda, while the sports daily refers to the dream of the fans to put Manuel Cajuda among the most serious candidates to succeed Manuel Machado .

Still, the sports daily recalls how the coach was dismissed of duties by Emilio Macedo, three years ago, just before the start of the season to put some icing on the enthusiasm of the fans. The most striking news is the recognition of the fans by the value and prestige of the coach who took the club of the Orangina league and in the following year, provided to Vitória the best season ever, setting the club in the third place overall, two points behind second-placed,  the Sporting of Paulo Bento and putting the club of Minho in the qualifying round for the Champions League.

In Guimarães, all remember that the access to the "Champions" would have been possible in Basel, if one of the biggest mistakes of arbitration in the history of Portuguese football did not happen, in Basel, which eliminated Manuel Cajuda and "his" Vitória of the possibility of integrating the group stage of the Champions League.

All these are results and memories that the fans do not forget and make Manuel Cajuda the coach they would like to see return to Vitória Guimarães. The Football Association of the Algarve, gave this week-end, a career award to the Portuguese coach Manuel Cajuda, who is from Algarve birth and heart.The award was presented during a ceremony in which the most important names of the year of the football in the Algarve were highlighted. The initiative of the Algarve Football Association intended to make the recognition of one of the most prestigious coaches in the Portuguese football. "He is one of the most prestigious people in the Algarve, one of  his most important citizens. No doubt that it is a deserved honor and that highlights one of the best coaches in the history of Portuguese football. It was with great satisfaction that the Algarve Football Association carried out the delivery of this award, because it honored  a unique figure of national sport, "said José Cavaco, Director of the  Football Portuguese Federation, contacted by the press office and image of Manuel Cajuda .

In this telephone contact, the Director of the Football Portuguese Federation revealed publicly what has become news in every newspaper.The name of Manuel Cajuda was on the table to succeed Carlos Queiroz as national coach: "It is true that Manuel Cajuda, like Paulo Bento, who would be chosen, and Manuel José were the names of  the coaches who have been discussed by the board. This should not scare anyone, as all the coaches have enormous prestige and great value. And of course, Manuel Cajuda was one of them, because he has the ambition, the dream and has the path that always points him as one of the coaches who can serve the selection, "said José Cavaco, who was in Faro, in the last weekend  to witness the delivery of the award to Manuel Cajuda.

Also according to the director of the Federation, there is only one explanation to justify the fact that Manuel Cajuda has never been appointed to be the coach of one of the "Big Three" of the Portuguese football. "Everyone knows Manuel Cajuda and knows he has his own style, which is not conventional. And people in Portugal, like very much people with the correct political style. Mozer ganhou força após recusa de Ilídio Vale

Carlos Mozer era o nome mais falado ontem à noite para suceder a Pedro Caixinha no comando técnico do União de Leiria. Durante a tarde chegou a ter-se como dado adquirido que a vaga seria ocupada por Ilídio Vale, mas a verdade é que o homem que conduziu a Selecção sub-20 ao segundo lugar no Campeonato do Mundo recentemente realizado na Colômbia acabou por recusar o convite.

Era ele o mais pretendido, chegou mesmo a almoçar com Jorge Alexandre, o homem forte do futebol leiriense, mas o treinador acabou por preferir estudar outras propostas que tem em carteira, uma delas visando a sua continuidade nos quadros da FPF.

Há, contudo, outras possibilidades em equação. Manuel Cajuda, que já treinou os leirienses com sucesso, era também aventado como possibilidade. Cajuda é um treinador bem visto junto de algumas pessoas na administração, mas a forma como deixou o União de Leiria, na altura em rota de colisão com o presidente João Bartolomeu, pode ser um obstáculo.

O Tempo ....e a visita da verdade

Cada tempo tem um sonho. Cada sonho acontece em um determinado  tempo. Como o tempo e a única coisa que não se consegue parar e muito menos controlar , os sonhos correm livremente pelo caudal de emoções que fazem da vida uma simples realidade.

Albert Einstein terá dito um dia : ´Existe  uma coisa que a longa existência me ensinou : toda a nossa ciência , comparada com a realidade , e primitiva e inocente ; portanto e o que temos de mais valioso.

E portanto tempo de esperar, pela .....visita da verdade. Algum tempo atrás , milhares de adeptos de vários clubes sonhavam com o melhor para o seu clube . De diferentes formas quase todos diziam o mesmo.

Este ano e que vai ser , escolhemos o melhor treinador , ninguém comprou como nos e por ai fora que sonhar não custa nadinha.

E sem que o tempo tenha tempo para parar todos sonharam com um futebol mais ofensivo , porque este treinador joga (sozinho) com um bloco alto e faz transições ofensivas multi-sectoriais de uma forma mais activa e rápida.

Dois meses se passaram do inicio do campeonato. Três jornadas disputadas. Já aconteceram chicotadas , muitas derrotas também e existem ainda vários que nem conseguiram ganhar e candidatos que o deixaram de ser.

Voltemos ao tempo. Sim porque o tempo sempre foi o melhor remédio. E vai ser só com o tempo que muitos irão entender que A DESILUSÃO .....É A VISITA DA VERDADE.
